Responsibilities:
Due to ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and hardworking individual that is looking to start or further their career within the Heavy Automotive Transport industry.
Working in a fast-paced customer facing environment, your main responsibility will be meeting the needs of our customers by providing exceptional customer service by being a key contact between the workshop and our customers in relation to scheduling all vehicle repairs as well as supporting the parts department as needed in the sale of our Volvo, Mack and UD Truck Parts. You will support our customers with over the phone and counter sales, whilst also providing parts to our Workshop team.
