Description:
Parts Advisor Clerk
Desjardins Sainte-Adèle Marine is currently looking for a Parts Clerk to join its dynamic team!
The Parts Clerk will be primarily responsible for selling parts at the counter and accessories in the store.
Desjardins Marine has been a family business since 1965. We have been the pioneers in the sale of Mastercraft boats in Quebec since 1979.
Here are the detailed responsibilities:
- Advise customers at the counter, by telephone and by email for parts and accessories
- Advise customers for accessories in the store
- Sell and order parts for customers
- Serve service technicians with their parts needs
- Replenish missing inventory
- Participate in the cleanliness of the parts department
- Perform all tasks related to the proper functioning of the department
Experience/Training:
- Experience or training in a related parts department OR adequate training (mechanics, parts clerk) an asset
Skills:
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to manage several files at the same time
- Ability to manage periods of stress
- Strong aptitude for teamwork
- Computer skills
- Autonomy
- French and English spoken and written (an asset)
- Knowledge of LAUTOPAK software (an asset) p>
