Description:

Parts Advisor Clerk
Desjardins Sainte-Adèle Marine is currently looking for a Parts Clerk to join its dynamic team!
The Parts Clerk will be primarily responsible for selling parts at the counter and accessories in the store.
Desjardins Marine has been a family business since 1965. We have been the pioneers in the sale of Mastercraft boats in Quebec since 1979.

Here are the detailed responsibilities:

  • Advise customers at the counter, by telephone and by email for parts and accessories
  • Advise customers for accessories in the store
  • Sell and order parts for customers
  • Serve service technicians with their parts needs
  • Replenish missing inventory
  • Participate in the cleanliness of the parts department
  • Perform all tasks related to the proper functioning of the department

Experience/Training:

  • Experience or training in a related parts department OR adequate training (mechanics, parts clerk) an asset

Skills:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to manage several files at the same time
  • Ability to manage periods of stress
  • Strong aptitude for teamwork
  • Computer skills
  • Autonomy
  • French and English spoken and written (an asset)
  • Knowledge of LAUTOPAK software (an asset) p>
