KEY OUTPUT

• Process quotes and orders for field service
• Effective monitoring of the team outputs to track progress against objectives’
• Coordinating of ordering, purchasing functions and monitoring expenses
• Assist with controlling the cages and spares being used
• Book back spares if not used and communicate with planning team
• Assist with cycle counts
• Assist in loading and offloading components
• Assist store man in slotting stock in designated areas
• Stock count, mine sink store availability of stock
• Housekeeping

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

• Grade 12
• Previous parts experience
• Code Eight (Forklift, Hi-up and rigging license)
• Knowledge of Earthmoving Equipment and inventory control
• Computer Literate (Ms Office, Excel etc)
• Strong Co-ordination and organising skills;
• Excellent interpersonal; Communication skills; strong work ethics; Team player
