Description:
SUMMARY
The main purpose of the function is to support and coordinate the development of parts sales in BIA’s territories through:
- Market knowledge for OEMs and assigned customers
- Commercial support to local entities and mining projects
- OEM relations (commercial part).
1. MARKET KNOWLEDGE
- Proactively analyze the market potential, existing customers and competition, according to the type of product (OEMs), and define the priority actions to be carried out in the short, medium and long term with the PSSO, PSSR and project manager.
- Estimate market shares for OEMs and assigned customers and update them based on information gathered in the field.
- Propose a pricing strategy for OEMs and assigned customers.
