The Parts Runner/Shipper & Receiver will be responsible for picking up and delivering orders & supplies as well as preparing and handling shipments. The successful candidate will work closely with the Parts & Service Coordinator as well as the Operations team to ensure all orders and shipments are received or delivered accordingly. They will be supporting the shop through stocking shelves and performing housekeeping duties within the work area.

Education Requirements
High school diploma or greater is an
Experience Requirements
Previous Parts Running/Shipping & Receiving experience preferred
Driver’s license with clean drivers abstract
Technical Skill Requirements
Ability to complete packing labels and associated documentation in a legible
Must be proficient with computers and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.
Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving heavy materials up to 50 lbs., climbing, crawling as well as walking on uneven ground, and working long hours in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Parts Runner
Coordinate with Parts & Service Coordinator; package and prepare deliveries with appropriate documents before leaving shop.
Complete pickups/deliveries in town in an efficient manner and make sure loads are always secured
Offload and put away orders at the shop or distribute as required and file all documents with the Parts & Service Coordinator.
Complete site deliveries as required; coordinate with Parts & Service Coordinator as well as field
Shipping & Receiving
Coordinate with Parts & Service Coordinator to prioritize daily shipments and coordinate shipments with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
Unload, unpack, verify and receive items against purchase
Gather, sort and place stock on racks, shelves or in bins
Participate in regularly scheduled inventory counts and cycle
Pack and prepare shipments
Keeping the bays clean and
Perform other duties as assigned
