Description:
Our People Advisory Services business (PAS) is focused on people management and our vision is to help our clients get it right in all its facets. PAS has three key pillars: Transformation (Workforce Advisory), mobile talent and workforce enablement (Integrated Mobility) and transactions (Reward and HR M&A). In Reward, we help our clients to manage the complex challenges in executive/board rewards, fringe benefits, and equally broader based reward topics such as regulatory compliance, broad based equity programs, grading, performance management and the like.
Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in the planning and implementation of consulting projects in the area of remuneration for companies from various industries under the guidance and support of the project managers in our team
- Support in all tasks within the scope of individual customer projects: Project management, conducting analyses, developing recommendations for action, preparing client presentations, creating concepts
- Support in the design and development of remuneration systems including function evaluations, function profiles, benchmarking, salary bands and salary regulations
- Support in preparing offers for new customers or existing customers in several market segments
- Assisting with the maintenance and updating of the EY salary database
- Collaboration in the implementation of equal pay analyses
- Reviewing documents and reports
- Work with key project leaders to manage and maintain client relationships
- Working collaboratively with other workforce advisory colleagues as well as service lines and colleagues across EY globally
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE
- University degree in Economics / Finance combined with a good understanding of Reward topics
- First experiences in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits and/or Consulting
- Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills as well as ability to create appropriate presentations for various stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal German and English communication skills and experience of producing high caliber reports, papers, presentations
