Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE
Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of Passenger Services and customer processing, meeting the requirements of our Airlines and maintaining health and safety and overall good working practices in accordance to company policies and procedures at all times.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Passenger check in, manual and DCS.
- Receive ticket, passport, check documents for validity and accept or reject documents.
- Accept & weigh bags, accept or reject, if reject discuss with passenger (re cost of excess baggage etc.)
- Process check-in, tag baggage, arrange seating & issue boarding passes, ensure compliance with securityrequirements.
- Customer service – assessing the needs of the customer they role will be doing
