TalentLive is looking for a Paste Preparation Engineer to join Elcogen and play a pivotal role in the transition to a Net Zero economy through solid oxide technology.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• A degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in Chemical technology within industrial companies, with a track record of launching new products.
• Proficiency in automated, large-scale machinery, with the ability to perform manual operations and equipment testing when needed.
• Experience in large-scale production of ceramic materials and/or oxide powders.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes (grinding/milling), and technical specifications.
• Strong written and oral English skills (knowledge of Estonian, Russian, Finnish, or other languages is a plus).

• Scaling up of existing (paste preparation, oxide powder synthesis, tape casting..) manufacturing processes and developing new processes for mass production.
• Design and implement new production systems, methods, and equipment to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate new processes or equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Monitor production parameters, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity targets.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual labor.
