Collaborating closely with the Restaurant Head Chef, we are seeking a motivated Pastry Chef de Partie who is driven, knowledgeable and determined to assist the implementation and lead Sydney’s newest and exciting hotel dining concept.
As a experienced chef, you will be supporting a dedicated team and have a thorough understanding of what it takes to produce exceptional food and stay composed during a service. With a strong focus on guest dining experience and continual training for our team that will provide a truly unique and premium dining experience.

Sydney Common is Sheraton Grand Sydney’s latest dining venue, serving up exquisite dishes from the famous Josper grill, adding flavour like no other!
