Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a pastry chef for a flight catering team located at Coolangatta Airport. This role offers Day Shifts across Monday - Friday with on-the-job training.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Working in food production environment making muffins, slab cakes, brownies, mousses etc.
- Ensuring quality of all products
- Use of industrial kitchen and baking equipment
- Manual handling
- General cleaning
As the successful applicant, you will possess:
- Cert 3 in Patisserie - minimum requirement
- Previous experience as a pastry chef
- Have great verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Availability to work on both rostered and on call shifts
