Dechert LLP is seeking a Patent Agent or Technical Advisor with patent prosecution experience to join our premier Life Sciences Patent Counseling and Prosecution Group. Qualified candidates must have experience representing pharma and life sciences companies in patent drafting, prosecution, due diligence, and freedom to operate investigations.

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Ideal candidate must have advanced degree in Biology, PhD preferred.
- Registered patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
- Prior work experience in a law firm and as a scientist strongly preferred.
