Pathways ChildWatch Program Instructor - Hillcrest YMCA

You’ll work in our Pathways Childwatch programs to create positive, nurturing relationships with children while building cooperative relationships with their parents and caregivers. All this with the freedom to create adventures and have a lifelong impact!
The Pathways Instructor plans and delivers engaging activities in the designated youth program areas for YMCA members and program participants. This role provides age appropriate activities in Pathways and assists with family nights.

CERTIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 16 years of age
• 1-year working with children, youth programming experience is a plus.
• Completed the Red Cross Babysitter Certification if under the age of 18
