Description:
As part of the Affidea Group, we are the most successful pan- European healthcare diagnostics imaging company. We have 400 staff within our Irish clinics, where the business operates diagnostic imaging and minor injuries center’s around the country, offering a broad range of cutting-edge imaging technology and healthcare services to the public, insurers, employers and other organisations.
We are now seeking an experienced Patient Administrator to join our team in Affidea - Aut Even. This is a full time permanent role - 39 hours per week Monday to Friday.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 1 Years Administration Essential
- Customer Care Experience with a preference for candidates who have front facing customer experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong IT Skills with Microsoft products.
- Previous healthcare experience desirable but not essential
- Flexibility and adaptability to be able to deal with different tasks and business opening hours
Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer care skills

- Responsible for providing excellence in patient service through the efficient management of patients through the clinic.
- Greeting and Registering patients on a day to day basis at the reception desk
- Responding to Patient and Doctors queries by phone/ email
- Providing reassurance and information to patients regarding their treatment
- Handling and resolving patient complaints in line with company guidelines
- Performing any local administration tasks such as billing/claims/
- Updating all records in an efficient, confidential manner with excellent attention to detail.
