Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Administrator to join Stoke Mandeville Renal Unit, a satellite unit of Oxford Kidney Unit. The Unit provides a comprehensive range of chronic renal services.
The Renal Outpatient department accommodates outpatient clinics for those with chronic kidney disease.
We are looking for a Band 3 Administration Assistant to work part time for 29 hours per week in our unit, running outpatient clinics and providing administration support to our busy haemodialysis unit. This post will be suitable for a dynamic, enthusiastic, hard-working individual who is looking to expand their existing knowledge and skills within the NHS.
Amongst your duties you will be organizing and overseeing the weekly clinics, providing administration support to our 3 consultants, working closely with the haemodialysis unit, booking transport for patients as required using the on-line system.
You will need to be flexible and be able to use your own initiative and in return we can offer a friendly, supportive working environment. The unit utilizes information technology extensively and IT skills would be advantageous. There will be an occasional requirement to travel to Oxford for meetings and study days.
