REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working in a medical-related job
- Strong customer service experience
- Willing to work on weekends with weekdays off
- Availability to work EST hours
- Working hours to be determined (based on team needs and candidate time zone)
- Hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and other computer basics
- Comfortable making calls with patients
- Comfortable using social media
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Attention to detail and a good sense of judgment
- A personal computer with stable internet

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Winona is looking to hire a full-time remote Patient Care Representative. For this role, you will act as a liaison, accurately and efficiently providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems for customers for Winona.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering questions about Winona’s products and services.
- Delivering information about Winona’s offerings.
- Ensuring patient satisfaction and maintaining professional patient support.
- Handling patient complaints and identifying the appropriate response and strategy to solve issues as quickly as possible.
- Keeping records of patient interactions, processing patient accounts, and filing documents.
- Taking the extra mile to engage with patients.
