We are delighted to invite applicants to apply for the position of Patient Experience Administrator within the Trauma & Orthopaedics directorate.
The post will provide fantastic opportunities for individuals who have administrative experience and who are looking to become part of a dynamic and high performing team.
You will be an effective communicator, have a pro-active approach to your work, be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, as well as being able to multi-task and manage your workload effectively.
We’re seeking a dedicated individual to take on the exciting role of managing a team of Patient Experience Support Administrators. In this pivotal position, you’ll provide invaluable secretarial and administrative support to our Consultants, medical staff, and team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.
As the main communication link between patients, administrative staff, and the Trust, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring timely patient treatment within national waiting time guidelines. Your duties will involve offering a personal point of contact for patients throughout their orthopaedic journey, coordinating various hospital visits, and ensuring the efficient functioning of consultant clinics. Leading by example, you’ll oversee administrative staff, maintaining a seamless workflow and providing exceptional patient care.
Moreover, as the Personal Assistant to Consultants, you’ll exhibit a proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and autonomy in your work. Exceptional organisational skills are a must, coupled with flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity, you’ll effortlessly manage multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.
