OVERVIEW:
Implantdontics is an established specialist dental practice in Orchard Road with a focus on providing cutting-edge dental solutions including dental implants, oral surgery, smile makeovers and full mouth rehabilitation.
We are seeking a highly-motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Patient Experience Executive. This position is crucial to the success of our practice as patient satisfaction and experience is at the heart of everything we do.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Patient Experience Executive, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding experience for our patients from the moment they make contact with us before they even walk through our doors. You will oversee and manage all aspects of patient interactions, ensuring that our patients feel comfortable, cared for and well-informed throughout their journey with us.
Additionally, you will play a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our patients to ensure their long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of the English language - spoken and written.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese, Bahasa Indonesian or Japanese will be an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office
- A customer-oriented and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and make them feel welcome as they enter the practice.
- Oversee and manage the patient schedule to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of appointments.
- Answer phone calls, emails and other inquiries from patients in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect and record patient information, including medical history, insurance details and consent forms.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for patients.
- Manage patient accounts and handle billing inquiries.
- Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction and take necessary actions to address any concerns.
- Keep updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the patient experience at Implantdontics.
