Description:
DETAILS
- Department: Virtual Safety Monitor
- Schedule: Full-time, day shift, 36 hours per week; 7AM - 7:30PM, Sunday - Saturday
- Facility: Ascension River District Hospital
- Location: East China, MI
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Responsibilities:
Provide observation and surveillance of assigned patients.
- Monitor patients by use of video monitors.
- Communicate and/or instruct patients by use of 2-way audio device.
- Notify clinical staff of any changes in patient condition and/or safety risk level.
- Complete documentation of observations of patient activities, patient behaviors and other safety & comfort related issues.
