Description:
The successful candidate will be expected to be able to thoroughly review patient care, produce a chronology of the care and critically comment on the care given. You will be required to present care concerns at meetings and be able to produce comprehensive reports following panel reviews of care. Organisational skills and meeting deadlines is key .Excellent communication skills are vital to enable the team to address concerns at all levels and often distressed families. These will also be important in the delivering of training across the Trust
