QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Secondary education
- Experience in sales co-ordination
- Customer service oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Cheerful and pleasant personality
- Conversant in basic computer skills
- Willing to travel
- Able to commit to a 5.5 day work week
Responsibilities:
The Patient Service Assistant will provide administrative support to clinic and ensure a smooth flow in the clinic operations.
- Perform counter duties including registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection and banking
- Attend to walk in and call in patients’ enquiries
- Liaise with dental laboratories for collection and delivery of lab reports and dental works
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery for clinic
- Coordinate and work closely with Head Office in all matters
- Perform any duties as assigned
