DESIGNATION : Patient Service Assistant (Full-time)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Secondary education
  • Experience in sales co-ordination
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Cheerful and pleasant personality
  • Conversant in basic computer skills
  • Willing to travel
  • Able to commit to a 5.5 day work week

Responsibilities:

The Patient Service Assistant will provide administrative support to clinic and ensure a smooth flow in the clinic operations.

  • Perform counter duties including registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection and banking
  • Attend to walk in and call in patients’ enquiries
  • Liaise with dental laboratories for collection and delivery of lab reports and dental works
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery for clinic
  • Coordinate and work closely with Head Office in all matters
  • Perform any duties as assigned
