Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure clinic’s operational and procedural area readiness
  • Assist with registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and any other enquiries
  • Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents
  • Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries.
  • Assist clinic manager in administrative duties
  • Other duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE “N/O” Level
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
