Responsibilities:

ABOUT DEPARTMENT AND PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic, resilient and highly dedicated Patient Service Associate to join our Specialist Outpatient Clinics.
As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients and visitors, with the key aim of providing excellence patient care and satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Counter Registration
  • Perform registration and screening of patients
  • Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments
  • Comply to clinic facilities readiness
  • Consultation Room
  • Assist clinicians and/or therapists during clinic consultation.
  • Provide proper care and coordination and coordinate first/follow-up appointments for patients.
  • Manage wait time and keep patient updated in a timely manner.
