Job Title: Patient Services Project Developer
Salary: Circa £28,000 + dependent on experience and an extensive benefits package
Location: Runcorn
Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.15
Phoenix Medical Supplies are seeking an experienced and driven Patient Services Project Developer who is passionate about improving patient care and driving innovation in community pharmacy.
In this crucial role, you will work closely with the Patient Services Manager to develop and deliver cutting-edge patient services that empower our Numark members (including Rowlands) to maximise revenue and provide exceptional care. Your focus will be on spearheading projects that enhance patient outcomes, improve community health and foster growth within the pharmacy sector.

As the Patient Services Project Developer, you will:

  • Develop and implement innovative patient services tailored to the unique needs of our Numark members and Rowlands pharmacies
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to create comprehensive service toolkits, support materials, and training programs
  • Leverage your project management expertise to ensure seamless execution and delivery within agreed budgets and timelines
  • Conduct robust evaluations of service delivery and impact, continually refining and optimising our offerings
