The Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme (PTSS) Officer, Charleville Western Qld, offers an administration officer the opportunity to provide efficient patient travel services to our community. Ensuring accurate travel booking services for all eligible patients while providing efficient utilisation of PTSS services that are available for the community. This position provides a high level of customer service, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience and a positive attitude.
