JOB DESCRIPTION

The Payment Consultant will be working with U.S. Bank telesales team. You will be responsible for contacting leads in the lead queue and completed outbound calls, emails and inbound call backs. Along with helping collect documentation for the Underwriter team for account approval flow in the DIY processes. All activities will be logged into Sales Force and viable leads will be passed to the telesales team. Other responsibilities could be assigned as the need arises.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 Year of Call Center experience or high volume outbound calling

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience working in an Outbound contact center
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and SalesForce
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Proven sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
