Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Payment Processing Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our PSP platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing support to our customers for any of their queries , setting up new accounts into the platform and ensuring that the platform is performing at it peak. You will or might be responsible for performing reconciliationsnand handling other administrative tasks as required. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
