The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Received & checked softcopy invoice vehicle (unit only, Full Truck Load Oncall inventory)
• Raise purchase request/purchase order for invoice vehicle (unit only, Full Truck Load Oncall inventory)
• Alignment with the vendor for scheduled payment and withholding Tax Slip
• Share proof of payment & withholding Tax Slip with the vendor
• Alignment with the reconciliation team regarding the reconciliation process and invoice
• Alignment with Finance & Reconcile Team (Fleet & Finops) to follow up pending any proforma invoice not submitted from the vendor (Monthly Closing Finance)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good excel (vlookup, countif, pivot)
• Has basic admin
• Good communication skills to align with another division, also an external/vendor
• Understand basic checker invoices & tax (Value Added Tax and withholding tax)
• Familiar with using Google Sheets and Excel
