JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify, develop, and evaluate ear term and longer term cross business line opportunities that provide competitive advantage within the Payment Services. Anticipate trends and opportunities through insightful interpretation of research and develop innovative company responses in line with overall business strategy. Synthesize complex market and competitive information across multiple structures in the organization, anticipate market trends and customer needs, and transform analyses into innovative actionable plans for revenue growth, investment, or operational enhancement. Specific functions may include identification of opportunities, innovative market segmentation, business plan development, and performance analysis and evaluation. Build and maintain strong partnerships across payment business lines and enabling functions to accelerate growth
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of banking experience
- 4+ years of management experience or experience in management consulting such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG in financial services
- BA/MBA in finance, business administration, or related field
- Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and drive hypothesis based structuring and problem solving
- In-depth understanding of Payment Services. Should have experience in one of these areas : Merchant acquiring, card issuing or Treasury Management
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
- Ability to influence the execution of highly complex or specialized projects and to adapt precedent and make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop innovative solutions
