As a Payments Specialist, you will be responsible for driving profitable, sustainable growth of the Transaction Banking products within the Commercial segment.
Responsibilities:
Direct sales of new to bank and existing Commercial and Private Banking customers, achieving targets of revenue and profitability and effective oversight of delivery
Design customer pitch solutions and completing customer needs analysis to determine appropriate pricing to win and retain clients while protecting bank profitability
Develop and foster strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders in Commercial and Private Banking
Provide guidance on the Transaction Banking product suite and procedures ensuring a professional, high-quality service to ANZ’s internal and external customers
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring opportunities for revenue growth are maximized; marketing and design capability, customer process mapping, project management, analytical and process improvement capability.

Sound knowledge of Transaction Banking products and working capital process
Strong customer focus and excellent relationship management skills.
Strong sales acumen and focused on delivering results through collaboration
Experience in data analysis and extraction
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
