Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a vital member of our team, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and be responsible for the management of our payroll operations. This role is integral to the plant administration team and provides an opportunity where you can really make a difference to the success of the plant.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience working with different payroll systems or knowledge of Payroll associated employment legislation is advantageous
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, however not essential

Responsibilities:
- Employee and Payroll Records Management: Create, maintain, and update comprehensive employee and payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Payroll Processing: Accurately balance, reconcile, and process weekly payrolls, adhering to strict deadlines to ensure timely and precise compensation for all employees.
- Data Analysis and Audit: Review, audit, and analyze timesheet and payroll data to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure data integrity and compliance.
- System and Process Improvement: Actively contribute to the continuous enhancement of payroll systems and processes, leveraging your insights and expertise to drive efficiencies and implement best practices.
