JOB SUMMARY:

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll activities for employees within the organization. This role involves managing payroll systems, calculating wages and deductions, processing payments, and maintaining payroll records. The Payroll Administrator also handles inquiries from employees regarding payroll matters and collaborates with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Proven experience as a payroll administrator / processor
  • Good understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in payroll software (HRIS - Dayforce, Workday, ADP, etc.) and Microsoft office applications (Excel)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot payroll issues.
