My client is a market leader in the healthcare industry that has seen a lot of growth in recent years. They have an excellent reputation and have achieved this by having a good work culture internally and as a result being able to offer world class service to their clients.

Responsibilities:

As the payroll Officer you will report into the payroll manager and be a part of a team of four who are close knit and friendly. You will be responsible for 600 employees who are on a weekly rotating fortnightly pay cycle. To be effective as the payroll Officer you will also need to be a communicator who can build relationships across the business.

Day to Day Duties

  • Process and pay weekly payrolls timely and accurately
  • Follow up all site and staff queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure all payroll reports and payslips are accurate
  • Process new starts, deductions and terminations.
  • Other duties as required by the Payroll Manager
