Responsibilities:

  • Check all reimbursement claims for compliance against tax, audit and districts policy requirements
  • Process filing of required payroll paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
  • Accurately complete data entry of all timesheets and expense claims
  • Upload all HR and payroll information into the system in a timely and accurate manner maintaining current service level agreements
  • Demonstrate and maintain best practice in customer service with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in organizational HR, payroll projects and audits as required
  • Identify potential improvements to aid in the continuous efficient operation of the administrative function and service level
