Responsibilities:

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Credible prior experience within a similar Payroll Officer position (essential)
  • Large and complex company background experience (essential)
  • Prior experience using Kronos (ideall)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
  • Experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment,
  • Strong administration and analytical skills
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal and professional business communication skills
  • Self-motivated and outcomes-orientated with a passionate ‘can do’/adaptable mind set

Reporting to the Payroll Service Manager in this extremely fast paced business environment this is a key role in which you will hold the following responsibilities:

  • Data entry of timesheets from sites into Dimensions
  • Training & supporting Managers to approve & administer their teams punches
  • Loading new employees to Dimensions & Kronos
  • Creating/ Updating reporting Lines in Kronos & Dimensions
  • Assigning security roles to Managers in Kronos & Dimensions
  • Supporting parallel pay runs for testing new Dimensions Pay Rules
  • Liaising with sites to resolve issues with data or processes
  • Supporting the HRIS Systems & Data Specialists with project activities
  • Payroll Admin support as directed by the Payroll Manager
