The People team is looking for a Payroll Analyst II who will report to the People Leader in our Sabre office.
The responsibilities include:
- Responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll for APAC countries including Tax filings and statutory payments.
- Liaise with Payroll service provider to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data is maintained
- Responsible for Audits and fully support audit requirement
- Good understanding of country specific Compliances in APAC region
- Manage Time & Attendance process in HRMS system for the APAC countries
- Coordinate with Finance/Tax / Accounts /other People Functions for smooth functioning
- Maintain SOPs / Process documents are up to date
- Handle Employee queries related to Payroll & Time & Attendance
- Understanding of Benefit Administration
- Should be able to take up initiatives and handle projects assigned in timely manner.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Thorough understanding of APAC country payroll process
- Language proficiency in Mandarin, Malay is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products with advanced Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel expertise; photo and video-editing software is an asset
- Must possess highly effective verbal, written, and communication skills
- Strong HR and/or Customer Service experience
- Possess highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of leadership
- Solid hands-on experience working with HR tools and/or Workday
- Experience training/facilitating
- Able to set priorities, be driven and excel with minimal handholding
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
