The People team is looking for a Payroll Analyst II who will report to the People Leader in our Sabre office.

The responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll for APAC countries including Tax filings and statutory payments.
  • Liaise with Payroll service provider to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data is maintained
  • Responsible for Audits and fully support audit requirement
  • Good understanding of country specific Compliances in APAC region
  • Manage Time & Attendance process in HRMS system for the APAC countries
  • Coordinate with Finance/Tax / Accounts /other People Functions for smooth functioning
  • Maintain SOPs / Process documents are up to date
  • Handle Employee queries related to Payroll & Time & Attendance
  • Understanding of Benefit Administration
  • Should be able to take up initiatives and handle projects assigned in timely manner.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Thorough understanding of APAC country payroll process
  • Language proficiency in Mandarin, Malay is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with advanced Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel expertise; photo and video-editing software is an asset
  • Must possess highly effective verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Strong HR and/or Customer Service experience
  • Possess highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of leadership
  • Solid hands-on experience working with HR tools and/or Workday
  • Experience training/facilitating
  • Able to set priorities, be driven and excel with minimal handholding
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
