Description:

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A BRIGHT PAYROLL AND ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

The role entails overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, prioritizing the attainment of our agreed-upon business objectives through effective oversight. This encompasses managing all associated tasks to support our goals and guarantee the seamless operation of diverse departments, with a specific focus on:

  • Payroll Processing: Guaranteeing the prompt and precise handling of payroll transactions.
  • Employee Rights and Benefits: Effectively managing employees’ entitlements and benefits.

WITH YOUR PARTICULAR SKILL SET, YOU’LL BE ABLE TO:

  • Monitor and process all tasks associated with payroll, employees’ rights and benefits;
  • Prepare, validate and submit all payroll related tax forms and Surveys (Social Security, DMR, INE Surveys, etc);
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries about payroll and benefits;
  • Prepare, validate and register all the accounting registers (GL Entries) associated with payroll, employees’ rights and benefits;
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of all the information related with HR business issues;
  • Maintain compliance with the Company’s and Ledgers Department standards and processes;
  • Conduct accounting and tax analyses and validations related to HR business issues;
  • Develop various accounting analyses and registers not limited to payroll;
  • Identify opportunities to improve current processes and workflows;
  • Devise strategies to support competitive bidding processes, including evaluation policies and approval workflows;
  • Anticipate unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare mitigation strategies;
  • Build and maintain a strong network with the HR Team for all the employees’ related questions. Foster strong communication and collaboration with the HR team for all the employees’ related questions;
  • Establish clear communication and foster positive working relationships.
