Description:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven UK in house payroll experience - experience of processing a large payroll (800 employees & above)
- Knowledge of Auto enrolment and of the latest HRMC payroll legislation
- Ability to perform Manual Pay Calculation
- Well organised and able to prioritise workload.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Exposure to Workday would be desirable but isn’t essential
- A qualification in CIPP or IPPM Payroll would be desirable, but isn’t essential
Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join our HR team, to provide key support to the Group Operations & Reward team in the delivery of payroll and benefits to Just. The role will also advise and support managers and employees on all payroll and benefit related matters ensuring the prompt and accurate payment of employees in line with HMRC regulations.
