Payroll and Benefits Specialist
Kilkenny- Hybrid working

This role will work with Senior Management & Executive teams you will ensure our compensation packages continue to be market leading and reflect the value we place on our people. You will also work with external Payroll teams.. This role will offer hybrid working.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Leading internal payroll operations
  • Managing all payroll transactions and workflows to make sure they are processed accurately and on time
  • Liaise with clients to resolve their payroll issues
  • Reconciling payroll and validating confirmed reports
  • Managing taxation of employee benefits
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Administration duties for pensions of all employees
  • Liaising with external teams to develop financial reporting
  • Management of compensation and benefits and implementing policies and pay practices
  • Coordinating benefits structure
  • Preparing annual benefits statement
  • Any ad-hoc duties required by the departments

Requirements:

  • An IPASS qualification
  • 3+ years experience in a similar payroll position
  • A degree qualification in a relevant discipline, HR, Business or finance
  • Strong Payroll Software experience
  • High degree of initiative
  • Ability to work on own initiative and seek assistance where required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
