Description:
PAYROLL AND SYSTEMS SPECIALIST
Our client, a workforce management and payroll services organization is seeking a Payroll and Systems Specialist to join their team in Montreal.
Reporting to the President, the Payroll and Systems Specialist will implement and optimize the organizations workforce management system. The Payroll and Systems Specialist will support clients across Canada.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- 3+ years of experience supporting and or implementing workforce management solutions.
- Understanding of relevant labour legislation.
- Strong communication skills and highly organized.
- Client services oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais requise.
- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience dans le traitement de la paie.

Responsibilities:
PLEASE NOTE, THIS ROLE REQUIRES BILINGUALISM (FRENCH AND ENGLISH).
Salary: 55,000 – 65,000+ (salary is flexible depending on experience).
Hours of operations: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Location: Montreal City Centre.
Working arrangement: Full time in office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with clients across Canada, providing ongoing support.
- Understand client needs and ensure optimal utilization of the workforce management system including attendance, scheduling, payroll, and human resources functions.
- Maintain client relations and escalate concerns if necessary.
- Contribute to the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a successful transition.
- Configure the system to meet specific needs through analyzing client requirements.
- Lead demonstrations of the systems capabilities and address inquiries.
- Provide continuous support and address any functional issues that arise.
- Liaise with the technical team on system issues.
- Consult with teams across the organization to enhance the system.
