We are currently looking for a dedicated Payroll Assistant to join our Payroll team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Payroll team
  • Prepare and store payroll documentation and electronic personnel files
  • Assist with employee onboarding process
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist with weekly payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment of our employees
  • Provide base level Payroll support to the team
    As a Payroll Assistant you will report to the Payroll Manager, and be involved in assisting with the end to end payroll of 900 employees as part of a close knit team. The role is diverse in nature with notable key responsibilities of maintaining system integrity of our roster, time and attendance and Payroll systems.
