Job Description
You contribute meaningfully to the business by providing support with in-house payroll accounting and general payroll administration for Singapore and Malaysia. You will be responsible for processing payroll information into our payroll software. You ensure all employees are paid in accordance with employment laws and regulations and the Company established processing guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Process new hire and termination paperwork.
- Data entry of payroll information into payroll software such as administration of Leave, Staff Card and Medical Insurance benefits.
- Maintain master data of employee files.
- Filing of Government Paid Leave schemes and NS Claims
- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll reports and other ad-hoc reports as required.
