Our client is currently seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to manage/audit end-to-end payroll services for a diverse range of SME businesses across various industries and regions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for all things payroll
• Extensive experience with KeyPay
• Capability to perform a comprehensive audit and reconciliation process.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing remediation plans and executing them, which may include configuring systems as necessary.
• Thorough knowledge of payroll legislation, including NES and awards across different industries
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Managing a portfolio of clients to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Handling payroll escalations and implementing process improvements
• Maintaining compliance with payroll legislation and addressing client inquiries
• Perform remediation audit and reconciliation to assigned clients’ and build a remediation plan and implement.
• Contributing to the optimization of payroll operations and efficiency
• The role is temporary and will involve conducting several reviews within a designated timeframe.
