Payroll Clerk (USA) at BairesDev
We are looking for a Payroll Clerk to join our Business Administration team. You will be responsible for assisting US employees with employment matters, including payroll. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow with one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!
What you will do:
- Compile and validate monthly messages (such as licenses, vacations, and raises).
- Oversee the prepayment of salaries for our US employees.
- Participate in the check-in and check-out processes for our US employees.
- Participate in the follow-up and response to IRS requirements.
- Participate in the documentation and improvement of internal processes.
- Participate in interactions between HR-ADM and external entities or vendors.
- Prepare reports for management or other control areas.
- Participate in the administration area.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or human resources, or an advanced undergraduate or graduate student in public accounting.
- 2+ years of work experience in similar positions.
- Previous experience with the USA payroll process.
- Understanding of payroll and labor laws in the United States
- Advanced level of English.
Preferred:
- Previous work experience in B2B companies.
- Prior knowledge of employee compensation and benefits packages (401(k) plan, health insurance, bonuses).
