We are now looking for a Payroll Controller DACH (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group!

Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate payroll transactions
  • Manage payroll budget, forecast, and manning planning
  • Assess optimal staffing solutions, including insourcing and outsourcing
  • Act as a sparring partner to the Hotel General Managers to drive productivity
  • Monitor and manage overtime, holidays, and sick leave
  • Handle withholding tax settlements
  • Validate pay raises, shift payments, and overtime compensation
  • Plan workforce and Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), as well as personnel costs, in collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hotels
  • Support year-end and month-end closures and monthly reporting in coordination with Finance Controlling
  • Develop and enhance HR controlling processes, including hours planning, target vs. actual comparisons, and productivity assessments
  • Calculate HR provisions and accruals
  • Import statistical metrics into SAP and perform plan vs. actual comparisons.
  • Calculate monthly allocations
  • Serve as a contact person for auditors, statistics, and external inquiries related to reporting and income determination
