We are now looking for a Payroll Controller DACH (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group!

Responsibilities:
- Review and validate payroll transactions
- Manage payroll budget, forecast, and manning planning
- Assess optimal staffing solutions, including insourcing and outsourcing
- Act as a sparring partner to the Hotel General Managers to drive productivity
- Monitor and manage overtime, holidays, and sick leave
- Handle withholding tax settlements
- Validate pay raises, shift payments, and overtime compensation
- Plan workforce and Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), as well as personnel costs, in collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hotels
- Support year-end and month-end closures and monthly reporting in coordination with Finance Controlling
- Develop and enhance HR controlling processes, including hours planning, target vs. actual comparisons, and productivity assessments
- Calculate HR provisions and accruals
- Import statistical metrics into SAP and perform plan vs. actual comparisons.
- Calculate monthly allocations
- Serve as a contact person for auditors, statistics, and external inquiries related to reporting and income determination
