Education & experience

  • University degree and/or other relevant certification or experience of Payroll /HR data administration
  • Senior experience of payroll (5 years +) from two or more of the Nordic countries
  • Good experience of outsourced payroll across several countries if possible
  • Good experience of vendor management
  • Good experience of benefit taxation and big interest of developing compensation and benefits knowledge and responsibilities
  • Experience and interest in driving process and system improvement
  • Good understanding and experience of Payroll / HR operations and Time & attendance systems
  • Good knowledge and insight of working with various collective agreements
  • Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
  • Experience from working in an international organization
  • Experience and high knowledge of Excel
  • Experience from operational leadership is a merit
  • Knowledge of Sympa and Flex-HRM is a meri

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Secure and coordinate payroll delivery to all Baltic and Nordic countries
  • Manage, structure and improve the delivery of our payroll providers
  • Respond, investigate and support employee request around their salaries, time and attendance
  • Maintain and secure correct employee and payroll data
  • Initiate and lead improvement projects related to payroll, taxation, time and absence.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate close with your team, vendors and other functions, especially Comp & Ben funtion, our Finance department and KPMG
  • Keeping up to date with current legislation changes
  • Ensure all policies and information is updated and correct on our Intranet
