Description:
Our Langley based client has an immediate opening for an Payroll, HR, and Safety Administrator who will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing, administration of human resources functions and safety compliance within their operations. This newly created role requires a proactive and knowledgeable professional who can ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple areas of responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in payroll administration, human resources administration, and safety compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, tax regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ADP payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, excel, word).
- Certification in payroll administration or human resources (e.g., CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not absolute.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices would be an asset.
This position offers a competitive compensation structure with full benefits. The role will be 100% in-office with consistent flexibility in start/finish times, Monday - Friday.
