Your mission: At the core of our operations in the Netherlands, the Payroll and HR Senior Specialist is going to be responsible for all the HR matters for clients and consultants in the region as well as building and maintaining the relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, adhering to Dutch payroll regulations.
  • Calculate salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure payroll taxes, social security contributions, and other statutory deductions are accurately calculated and processed.
  • Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the pension provider for maintaining the pension obligations up-to-date

HR:

  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Apply and manage correspondence for 30% facility tax ruling for eligible consultants.
  • Collaborate with Visa and migration related tasks

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Stay updated on Dutch labour laws, tax regulations, and other relevant legislation affecting HR and payroll processes.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports, including tax filings, pension contributions, and annual declarations.
  • Assist in audits (NEN4400-1/SNA) and compliance reviews, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Other duties:

  • In the EOR Business be the main point of information for employees and B2B clients
  • Support sales with any HR and compliance queries and liaise with the other internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with local authorities
  • Other duties as required

Profile:

  • Fluency in English and Dutch, written and spoken, is a must for the role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and payroll processing, in the Netherlands.
  • Previous experience working with NMBRS will be highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a visa application processing would be a great advantage.
  • Previous experience working for an Employer or Record (EOR) or similar industries.
  • Previous experience in managing the NEN4400-1/SNA audit.
  • Deep understanding of Dutch employment laws, tax regulations, and immigration policies.
  • Previous experience working with Expats and international employees will be a great advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and payroll calculations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
