Responsibilities:
This organisation is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing payroll operations, managing a payroll staff of 3, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our ~600 employees. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Oversee and assist in end-to-end payroll processing
- Lead and manage the payroll team, providing guidance and support
- Continuously review and enhance payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with regulations and enterprise agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
