Payroll Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, forecast, and drive the strategic direction, performance, and sustainability of the payroll function.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll. Review of fortnightly pay and preparation of statutory and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure that data is managed in a timely and accurate manner across various systems (e.g. Aurion and Workday).
  • Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, pay increases) and system upgrades (e.g. Aurion and Workday).
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, state, and national statutory compliances, wage and hour laws, and tax requirements.
  • Work with various internal stakeholders to handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues or errors promptly. Partner with the HR ops team to ensure payroll data flows seamlessly between HR Ops, Payroll, and Finance teams.
