Responsibilities:
This organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their payroll team. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Payroll/HR, you will play a crucial role in overseeing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and contributing to the overall financial stability of our organisation. Responsibilities of the role include:
- End-to-end payroll processing for a diverse and large workforce
- Entry of terminations, new hires, etc.
- Relevant reconciliations (leave/workers’ comp/salary packaging/tax)
- Continuously evaluate and enhance payroll processes
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve queries
